Our success in this area translates into a very low employee turnover rate and a very high customer retention rate. Weaver Bros. Insurance enjoys a record that far exceeds industry standards. Our account retention is greater than 95% while employee turnover is less than 5%. Industry averages in these areas are below 85% and approximately 10% respectively. 

We see ourselves as an in house insurance department to our customers. We are large enough to earn our carrier’s premier contracts but small enough so we do not become regimented. We remain flexible and adaptable.
