Robert P. Moltz - Chairman & CEO
Bob has over 25 years insurance experience. He is a graduate of George Washington University where he attended law school. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he is active as an insurance producer specializing in large accounts and all forms of surety bonds. He is a member of several civic, social and professional organizations and serves on the advisory boards of several local firms and he is a consulting director with the Riggs National Bank of Maryland. Additionally, Bob is a member of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals.

Richard T. West, Jr. - President
Dick has over 20 years insurance experience. He is a graduate of Princeton University. In addition to overseeing the daily operation of our firm, he is active as a commercial lines producer. He is an active member of several professional organizations and has served on the agents advisory panels of several insurance companies.

Phillip S. Colangelo - Executive Vice President
Phil has over 15 years insurance experience. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and he received his Masters Degree in Finance from the George Washington University. He is active as an insurance producer specializing in all forms of employee benefits coverages as well as commercial lines coverages.
