As a full-service insurance agency, we offer our clients a high level of customer service and intelligent solutions for their insurance needs.

Weaver Bros. has been an integral part of the Washington business community for over one hundred years.  We started as a small mortgage banking firm in 1888 and we have emerged as one of the largest, privately owned and operated independent insurance agencies in the area.  Weaver Bros. Insurance Associates, Inc. the successor to Weaver Bros., Inc. was reorganized and incorporated on November 1, 1988. 

Our philosophy is based on establishment of long-term relationships with carriers, customers and our employees.  Our success in this area translates into a very low employee turnover rate, and a very high customer retention rate.  Weaver Bros. enjoys a record that far exceeds industry averages.  Our account retention rate is greater than 95% while employee turnover is less than 5%.  We see ourselves as an advisory partner to our clients.  We are large enough to earn our carrier's premier contracts but small enough so we do not become regimented.  We remain flexible, and responsive.
